Director Csaba Borbély's "Temptation on the Force 2: Code of Conduct" picks up where the last one left off with the promotion of Lucio Maverick and Fred Goldsmith to motorbike cops where they join pals Renato Bellagio and Jack Laurel. The first scene that finds them in a dirty bookstore, a nice segue, giving us four familiar faces. Fred blows Renato as Lucio gets Jack. There are four luscious dicks on display, not to mention the extra special attraction of Jack's perfect body. It takes very little sucking time to make Lucio cum, followed by shots from Jack Renato and Fred. Fred and Renato are placed in slings for some fucking. Lucio is with Fred again, so the surprise here is watching Jack fuck the heck out of Renato. Usually a bottom, Fred then fucks Jack on top of a cage where Renato is inside blowing Lucio. Lucio gives Renato a zesty face-fuck, and Jack makes topping an easy chore for Fred, who clearly seems more comfortable bottoming. Though Raul seems happy and capable to do it on his own, Carlos does the same when it's time to suck Clay. Raul is then placed on a bench and the boys get to face-fuck him, whipping in and out of his mouth at top speed and switching feverishly. Clay fucks Raul's muscular butt, and then strapping Carlos gets to take over. Clay and Carlos go through their alternating routine, a tag-team of eager fucking, which Raul takes more than ably. Everyone cums good shots, but the award for the best one goes to Sam, who aims for David's face but goes way past and hits the wall.
The final scene takes place in a holding cell with cute all-American type (as much as Hungarians can be) Chris Hill sucking the equally reedy Tim Brensen. In walk Adriano and Shane, joined by brunet Jean-Paul Valens. Tim asks to be fucked, and of course, no one is going to deny him. Chris and Tim, dwarfed by the bigger, more muscular guys, suck them from outside the cell, with Tim getting to take on Adriano and Shane together. Chris has his mouth full of Jean-Paul's big dick, which he blows very well. That fucking Tim begged for comes soon enough. Shane holds a condom-covered nightstick and forces it up Chris' ass, Chris sucking Adriano, who is also stick-fucking Tim himself, holding Jean-Paul's cock in his mouth. Tim and Chris take the nightsticks with total ease, not breaking their blowing for a second. Shane then fucks Chris for real, as Adriano gets Tim, who is still sucking Jean-Paul. The blonds are gods of body and they happen to be grand fuckers. Shane is particularly lively, though Adriano is the more powerful of the two. Jean-Paul then fucks Tim from underneath in a most unlikely position, and steals the scene from the hot blonds who sit with Chris on the couch and jack off. Jean-Paul's final assault is a wonderful one. The bottoms are cum-rags for the tops.
With a story like this, one begins to think that Hungarian criminals must be the luckiest ones in the world. Are the cops too busy to arrest them? Or rather, do they love being arrested and worked over by these talented and insanely hot policemen?

Very much a companion piece to its predecessor, sharing many of its strengths and weaknesses, Part Two of Csaba Borbely's Temptation on the Force: Code of Conduct continues to document the sexploits of an Eastern European police force. In particular, it focuses on a pair of street cops (Lucio Maverick and Fred Goldsmith) who were promoted to the motorcycle squad at the end of Part One. As in the first installment, each scene here is a wet dream come true for uniform freaks, foreskin aficionados, cycle sluts and cop groupies. (The uniforms are now tan, and the military style caps have given way to white crash helmets, but the knee-boots remain.)
Part Two opens on a train as Goldsmith and Maverick head for their new assignment along with two other familiar faces from Borbely's stable, Jack Laurel and Renato Bellagio. En route, they stop at an underground leather club, where they choose not to sample the fresh meat there but find a corner in which to go at one another yet again. We have seen these four do what they do so many times -- with each other -- that the scene feels like an oft-repeated rerun. All are energetic but dispassionate sexualists, and we know (many times over) that three of them are versatile. (Maverick only tops). Here each of them once again drags out his tired sexual repertoire, and even director Borbely seems to have run out of new ideas for what to do with them. In short, it is a weak opener.
In the next episode, three gym-built members of the new motorcycle squad, Raul Mathews (a placid mesomorph whose hair, unfortunately, is beginning to thin), Clay Robson (who could be blood kin to the Bel Ami star Erik Kovac) and Carlos Baxter (a tall, striking Hispanic) are first seen in a round of Borbely's trademark travelogue footage. Finally, they move indoors, where Robson and Baxter (both strictly top) gang up on Mathews and force him to give them head. Robson clutches Mathews's skull and throws him across a desk into Baxter's waiting erection. Then the two tops shift positions, and Baxter holds Mathews's head while Robson face-fucks him.
The action, which consists of Baxter and Robson switching off back and forth again and again in each position, orally and anally, gets boring very quickly. This is a favorite device of Borbely in all of his films, but by the time Baxter and Robson (both strong fuckers) have traded places for the fourth or fifth time in each position, the viewer is ready to scream, "Yes, yes, we've seen that already! Can't we move on?" All three deliver their pop shots right on cue, but Robson's considerable screen presence demands to be better used by Borbely. He is unmined gold.
Things pick up considerably in the third episode. In fact, it is the hottest scene -- albeit all-oral -- of the film. It begins, after more footage of the cyclists on maneuvers, when three of them adjourn to their quarters to play chess and screw around. Maverick is back, and here he is joined by two blonds (tall, super-butch Adriano Lazzari and long-haired, pretty boy Sean Rage). Blonds are rare in Borbely's films, so their very presence here perks up the proceedings notably. Moments into the scene, Maverick loses his chess game with Lazzari and casually declares, "Now I've got to suck your dick again." Almost at once, their long, hard cocks are jabbing the air like ramrods. They kiss, dick-duel and suck each other as Rage, mesmerized, hovers on a nearby couch and pounds himself into a frenzy. He is a fascinating study in sexual ambivalence, both electrified and terrified by what he sees. He edges closer but does not join them until after both have sprayed off impressive loads on each other. Then they turn on him and lure him into a three-way kiss in which their tongues flutter like hummingbirds in heat. Within moments, Rage has jackhammered himself to his money shot, and the scene ends with another tripartite kiss. This scene delivers not only because of its high energy but even more because of all three performers' believable desire for one another -- and for hard dick.
The fourth vignette, the most listless and formulaic of the film, features two skinheads (Sam Chamberlain and Randy Jones), one utility bottom (Gaston Pierce) and one furry veteran (David Moretti). They too are first seen biking through the countryside before heading to the firing range. The first explicit tableau is especially static: Moretti fucking Pierce sucking Chamberlain sucking Jones. The second tableau has Chamberlain and Moretti taking endless turns sucking each other as Jones saws into a somnambulant Pierce -- and no one really comes to life until the money shots. Jones creams all over Pierce's butt, Pierce wakes up to drop a decent load, Chamberlain fires off a five-spurter that smacks the wall a yard away, and Moretti laps up every drop of his own copious goo.
After another inning of cycles on parade, the action shifts to an office with its own jail cell. There, the overused Tim Brensen is busily face-fucking a cute little cop (Chis Hill) when he is interrupted by those two blonds, Lazzari and Rage, plus a GQ-gorgeous brunet, Jean-Paul Valens. No surprise, Brensen is quick to ask, "Who's gonna fuck me?" There are grins all around, but the oral inevitabilities must occur first. Everyone strips down to his knee-boots, and Brensen services the blonds (as they kiss each other) while Hill kneels to suckle Valens's cock, which (in its own way) is as beautiful as his face.
The anal tableaux that follow make this episode another of the film's highlights. The first, a human chain of flesh, finds Rage shoving his billy club up Hill's ass while Hill sucks Lazzari who in turn shoves his billy club up Brensen's butt (while sucking him) as Brensen gives head to Valens. Next, Lazzari and Rage doggie-fuck Brensen and Hill, though each seems elsewhere, connected to his partner by nothing but a shaft of hard cock. The apex of the scene, though, shows off Valens as a supreme top man. He plows into Brensen in a gymnastic lap fuck that is highlighted by his powerful upward thrusts and corkscrew variations. The messy money shots that end the film are damned nice too.
Part Two of Temptation on the Force, then, is a mixed bag. It features a gaggle of gorgeous, big-dicked breeders (especially Robson, Lazzari, Rage and Valens) but often irritates the viewer by only walking these studs through their sexual paces. Every now and then, though, a scene catches fire and makes the rest of the film forgivable.
