In the fourth installment of the wacky adventures of Richard Haskell, a.k.a. The Rascal, we make a rather sudden switch in tone from goony comedy to cloak-and-dagger James Bond-ish action. David, before anyone even arrives, is already surly and wanting favors for doing this, citing to the camera that "you Americans can't say no to a hardon."
