Al Parker plays a writer covering the Gay Games (or was it still called the Gay Olympics back then?). A highlight is a fantasy scene he imagines after being introduced to Italian athlete Giorgio Canali; both hung, uncut men slurp all over each other with a completely black backdrop. also starring Leo Ford (injured in a motorcylce accident before the games begin, but he manages to get plenty of sex from the hospital bed).

Leo Ford is a swimmer and Al Parker is a photographer in this story of the first San Francisco Gay Games. Uncut star Giorgio Canali and Parker make a great couple. Leo winds up in the hospital and watches his doctor have sex with a patient in the next bed. Ford and Parker eventually meet for the big sexual finale. Includes actors Johnny Dawes and Brian Nichols, and actual footage of the athletic events.

About the mention of "actual footage of the athletic events" in the promo, it's only via TV that some images of the events are seen. And throughout, the games are called "Universal Games", instead of the Gay Games. It's a consequence of the refusal by the Gay Games' organizers to let Steve Scott cover the event or to have any association with a gay porn flick. The organizers had someone follow the cameras around to keep them from filming.
