The Josh & David Casting video dates to January, 2002. At that time, the BAOL Webmaster posted a message and a photo. He said that several months after his own solo casting interview, [Josh Elliot] came in with his older brother for David's casting audition and decided to join in it himself. The following April the webmaster posted another message saying that David would not be working for BA. But Josh Elliot continued on.
