These contests attracted 75 contestants -- the turn-out was so large that they all couldn't fit on the stage at one time. The Junior contest was won by Roman Austin -- greatly improved over past appearances. The standard of the Junior contestants was so high that many of them would have provided stiff competition in the Senior contest. These two films of the Junior and Senior contests together provide a 22 minute muscle show that you won't soon forget. Both the Juniors and the Seniors heavily favored the big muscle type of dramatic poses such as lat spreads, side chest poses, and most muscular front trap isolation poses.
