This newest film of incredible RICKY WAYNE opens with a posing sequence on the lawn in an English park. After posing, Rick goes through a workout, including Triceps Presses, Concentration curls and a quick se of push-ups, to put his magnificent upper body at it's best for photography. After his pumping-up sequence, Rick moves to a garden area where he poses once again, revealing his physique at its best in excellent close-up shots. Throughout this film the viewer is treated to a fine muscle display by this most dynamic young muscleman.
