Taken in September, 1974 when Franco appeared as a guest star at the Mr. Great Lakes contest. Under excellent full stage lighting, Franco demonstrates Bench Pressing power with lifts at increasing weights culminating with repetitions at 405 lbs.; then works up to repetition Dead Lifts with 615 lbs.! Then, he bends a steel bar held between his teeth and closes with a lengthy posing display in his absolute all-time best condition. Super full-screen closeup scenes and perfect lighting make this an excellent feature. Destined to become a classic.
