A case of mistaken identity leads to a few bruises when John Bordis impersonates a tattoo artist in order to get his hands on sailor Rodger Smeall's big bankroll. When the tattoo is finished and discovered to be decidedly amateurish, the sailor administers a very fitting punishment.
