Mike Stevens is the lazy brother who won't work out, but rather makes fun of Bob Dishroon when he does, ridicules his posing and otherwise make himself obnoxious. The inevitable scuffle occurs, with the older brother trouncing the younger one, and giving him a spanking until he promises not to horse around any more, and in the last scene we see Mike dutifully performing his barbell exercises while brother Bob looks approvingly on.
