The snoopy old lady [Tony Collier as Madame X] is horrified to see Ed Manning exercising wearing only a G-string when she walks past his window so she calls a policeman (Don Parks) who calls on the athlete to encourage him to put on some suitable attire. But soon Ed has Don also interested in working out and while the horrified old biddy looks on the cop strips down, and soon for the fun of it both boys are having a friendly wrestling match.
