Ironically enough, Don Matney plays the roll of the policeman (though he expressed fear that this might ruin his reputation). Kenny Hoer is the prisoner (a role that didn't require too much coaching). The plot is one we've used countless times wherein a policeman is in the process of booking a hood when the latter turns the tables and gives the officer exactly what he dished out, with an ensuing wrestling match. Is such a plot used to show disrespect for law? Not at all! Perhaps if in fantasy (such as the old keystone comedies) we can laugh at policemen, our true-life rations will be greatly improved.
