The site Is a construction shack. Hughes (foreman) and Rivera (carpenter) argue a disputed point. For a new twist to employee relations, Hughes takes Rivera’s mind off his troubles by seducing him. A job applicant (Connors) walks in as Hughes is busily poking Rivera’s ass. They break it up, Rivera leaves, and the action is shifted to Hughes and Connors, with Rivera eventually peeking in from outside and masturbating. The film has excellent color and production qualities; Rivera is clean-cut and cute, the other two handsome, masculine type. The sex scenes are particularly well developed and allowed to “work” for the viewer.
