BOB HOLLAND and BILL O'NEILL play the roles of two hoodlum cyclists who drive their cycle right into a poker game being played by three other youths. After a brief scuffle the intruders are allowed to join the game. With Bob acting as his schill, Bill soon wins all of the other boys' money and then begins to win their clothing too. When one boy is about to have to give up his last garment, a jock strap, he becomes suspicious and jumps Bill and finds a card up Bill's sleeve. The other angry boys join and they strip Bill of all his clothes finding cards stashed everywhere. Bob tries to get the cycle started so they can get away, but the other boys get all of their clothing and money back. The two hoodlums are allowed to escape (clad only in underwear) on their cycle and they flee down the street.
