Director Steve Scott raved about Nick's look and him having "the best looking dick in the business." Scott also thought he could work well as a regular actor.
Nick was a virgin until age 21 when another guy in the Air Force seduced him. After that, he took up with women during the week and then on the weekends went up to San Francisco for the boys.
Nick had worked at The Advocate assembling the Trader Dick pages and had thought about doing porn when a friend of his introduced him to Peter Desimone. His first film was Hot Truckin'.
