Billy is an unemployed actor who hustles on the side to pay his rent. The film opens with him being sucked to orgasm by a British businessman (Crompton Payne).
Billy receives a key in the mail from Angelo (Peter Thadliski), his building’s janitor, which leads him to an address. In the building’s cellar, the twosome talk dirty to each other, then take turns fucking each other. At the close of the scene, we discover that Angelo is actually Billy’s landlord, and he was playing the role of Angelo the janitor as part of a fantasy trip.
At home, Billy smokes a joint, then gets a phone call from Tony Meyers, who talks dirty to him while Billy jerks off.
Billy starts off the next scene at the gym, then ends up wrestling in bed with mustached black stud Moses (Darc Traid). They then head to the tub, where Moses pisses on Billy, they kiss a lot, then Moses fucks Billy.
In a dual scene that cuts back and forth, Billy hooks up with Brian (John Meyers), a hairy-chested photographer who screens Left-Handed for Billy and tells him he likes to “fuck with his camera.” As we see scenes of Billy sucking Brian and Brian jerking Billy off, we cut to scenes of Billy in a tai chi class with several other scantily clad men.
The tai chi class continues through the next scene, in which Mark (Ron Leigh), a suburban gay virgin buys Billy for a weekend visit while his parents are away. They share a bong, Mark confesses his virginity, and they end up 69ing.
Back in town, Billy gets hired by a swinging straight couple for sex. The wife Beverly (Rene) watches and masturbates herself with a vibrator as her husband Doug (John Tyme) and Billy suck each other’s cocks and Billy fucks Doug.
Billy visits his dentist Dr. Richard (Larry Marsland), and after getting a hit of nitrous, Billy drifts off into a fantasy scene in which he’s the doc and Richard is his patient. He clips clamps on Richard’s tits, and then suddenly the fantasy shifts and Billy’s now both the dentist and the patient, with Billy the dentist cramming a dildo up Billy the patient’s ass as he jacks himself off.
In a non-sexual wrap-up in which they only appear nude, photographer Brian shows Billy a slideshow of images he’s taken surreptitiously of Billy and tells him to think of as being “fucked by the media.” The film fades out with Billy fleeing the city and moving away.
