While jogging in Morro Bay Matt finds his boyfriend Ted washed up on a beach, alive but unconscious. He flashes back to their earlier encounter in a bed with white striped sheets and blue pillowcases. Later at the lifeguard station where Matt works a cop (Nick Romano) tells Matt that Ted is still in a coma and cocaine was found in his system. Matt tells Nick about meeting Ted months earlier and letting Ted stay with him, which leads to another flashback with Matt and Ted in a living room with a white couch and a mostly white Aztec blanket hanging on the wall.

Matt figures out the previous scene is a dream and he and his lover Josh Taylor have some hot morning sex.
