Ralph and Fred agreed to share an apartment, but both are nervous about how they'll get along with each other. They had decide on an open, sexual arrangement. So to christen the new apartment, they guys get it on. Turns out that Ralph is an animal in bed., and the housewarming turns out to be better than either of them expected.

Poor William. He can't find anyone to rent the apartment. He is despondent. But two guys, Gregg and Charlie, know just what to do to cheer William up. They take out his soft prick and make it rise to the occasion with some flicking tongues and dancing fingers. Soon each of the guys is part of a chain you won't want to miss.

Every month the meter must be read, but the meter man wants to read Charlie as well as just his meter. To get Charlie convinced, the meter man shows off his massive tool and Charlie is suitably impressed. With all the hot scenes and big, wet ones in this story, you'll bet that Charlie's meter will never be the same.
