Looks like it was filmed on AMG's rooftop set. 2 guys walk in front of the cement block wall and strip out of their shorts. Both are lean one taller and the other with a mushroom style haircut. They do some mild exercises and use a dumbbell. They do some synchronized posing obviously at the cameraman's direction. They do some wrestle posing then some light boxing and wrestling but the taller seems not very aggressive nor much able to defend hiimself.
